ABSTRACT
This chapter reports on an assessment of case management clients in a service in North America, and compares the quality of life and psychiatric symptoms of clients of the case management service with comparable patients in the UK. Comparisons are also made between the quality of life of the sample in 1989 and two years later, in 1991.
