ABSTRACT
There was an unpleasant sense of intimacy brought about by the close-up style with which the camera lingering indiscriminately on the bodies of the victims examined the wounds in a depersonalised and dehumanised manner, stopping only when resting on the body itself, as if surprised to find a boundary and the limit to what it can explore and disclose.
