ABSTRACT
The Society for Personality Assessment, Inc., was originally incorporated as The Rorschach Institute Incorporated, May 6, 1938, as “an association not for pecuniary profit” with principal office in Newark, Essex County, New Jersey. Since that time four Certificates of Amendment have been filed. Each effected a change in name.
