ABSTRACT
I am sitting in a room with eighteen people who call themselves a ‘team’. They are chatting together animatedly in twos and threes. I look round, taking in the atmosphere, trying to get a ‘flavour’ of this team. I notice who talks to whom, who sits quietly, who looks excited or scared by the prospect of spending two ‘away days’ with colleagues.
