ABSTRACT

That she was married to her husband by a Romish priest in the morning, and at night by a prebend at Kilkenny; that she was first tempted to lie with Skipwith by the Earl’s allurements, and that she had no means but what she had from Skipwith; but she would not lie with Pawlet; he sollicited her also to lie with one Green. That the Earl himself saw her and Skipwith lie together divers times, and nine servants of the house had also seen it.
