Alex, a 7-year-old girl, has recently entered a new class in her primary school. She has been asked by her teacher to write a story on ‘Friendship’. She begins her account:
Mi best freind is Zoe and we play together we play in the playground and somtims she comes to mi hous and we play with mi computer. Mi other freind is Christine but she dus not come to mi hous.
