ABSTRACT
Savoir-Faire consists of 10 chapters, each dealing with a distinct topic and set of skills. In each chapter, students complete a project, specified in the SAVOIRFAIRE section. Each chapter provides work for a minimum of 4 ×2-hour classes, plus 4×up to 3 hours of self-study. The same 8 sections constitute each chapter:
