Having a clear idea of the purpose of what we do each day can help us to sort out the treasure from the trash. To help us refl ect on this, we can break the question down into three parts, each getting progressively closer to home: What is the purpose of education? What is my core purpose in my current job? What is my unique teacher ‘shape’?
