ABSTRACT
I thought the lesson went fairly well. The consultant gave me his feedback and told me he was giving a grade 3 – requires improvement. I was gutted as I knew that the report would go to SLT. Worse still, as he left the room he said, ‘It perhaps was a grade 2 but I don’t want you to get complacent.’
