ABSTRACT
Chapter 1 mentioned that one central concern of this study is to look at “families in context” and “families as a context of individual development.” As a consequence, we had to take account of various levels of access when transforming our theoretical concept into empirical research—namely, the individual level, the relations level, the family level, and the ecological level. This chapter takes a closer look at information on the family level.
