ABSTRACT
The PRISM Fund provides funds towards the acquisition and conservation of items important in the history of technology and science. It is open to local authority and university museums, and museums with registered charity status in England and Wales (Scotland has its own fund administered by the National Museums of Scotland). Eligible museums must also have achieved registered status (see the MGC National Registration Scheme). This chapter reproduces a leaflet that provides information about the organization and scope of the PRISM Fund.
