I should like to begin rather indecorously by disagreeing with one of the last questioners. You, Madam, said you were a customer of the national museums. I want to disagree very much; you are not a customer, you are an owner. I think it is essential to put the whole of this discussion into the context of what we are doing with your museums. I want to come back to that later on, but perhaps I may be excused for challenging you right away.
