ABSTRACT

From 1992 to 2015, commitments to mitigate climate change have advanced in the climate regime, but very slowly and lacking the ambitiousness that science indicates is needed to successfully tackle the issue. Dierent countries have dierent positions: some, a minority, push for more ambitious pledges, therefore aiming to reform the current regime, while others oer much lower standings, which are too conservative to implement real global climate change mitigation.
