ABSTRACT
Theory is the generalization of practice, and GFL is the practical crystallization of global regional economic development. From a global perspective, China has spent more than 30 years in reform and opening up and has reached such a level of development that took the Western world almost a century, and Singapore has become one of the most developed countries in the world in less than 50 years, in spite of its extreme scarcity of resources.
