ABSTRACT
This chapter examines hypotheses arising from the previous two chapters regarding NGOs’ role in agricultural change. It focuses on (1) their perspectives and actions in agricultural ‘technology’—by which we mean both hardware for agricultural development (seeds, equipment, etc), and also methods of managing resources, both on-and off-farm-and (2) their approaches to the development and dissemination of these technologies.
