ABSTRACT
Bimal Kumar Gupta (henceforth referred to as BKG), the Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) of Rectifi ers & Controls, was relaxing after celebrating the most famous Hindu festival, Diwali.
BKG looked back at his early business life with satisfaction. He had traversed through some most diffi cult experiences in establishing his business. He now tried to focus on the future.
