ABSTRACT

Body control has been studied in two experiments. In both experiments electrical current (100–500 μA) was applied as system input; body position relating orientation to gravity was considered as the dependent variable (system output).

In the first experiment step signals (100–350 μA, 100–700 mS) were given. The unit step response was defined.

In the second experiment a sinusoidal current was applied. On the basis of the registrated data a linear approximation of control systems and the time constant of the transfer function were defined.
