ABSTRACT
This chapter, intended primarily for the use of teachers, aims firstly to provide some teaching guidelines for approaching and planning case-study and project work; and secondly, some points of connection between the wide range of materials actually used in such work and the communication skills, principles, concepts and models that students need to acquire.
