ABSTRACT
Transport and the right of access Everyone needs to be able to reach essential services in their daily lives. People have to get to work, children to school, the sick to hospital, and goods have to be delivered from factories to shops. Transport which supplies mobility is an essential part of living: thus it can be said that people are entitled to have access to the services they need through whatever transport is the most suitable for them.
