ABSTRACT
The material and exercises provided in this book are designed to help teachers become more aware of how they behave in face-to-face situations and provide practical possibilities for change. The issues dealt with have been integrated in a unique manner. The criterion for inclusion is usefulness, that is, what theory, research and experiential work can lead to changes in awareness and behaviour.
