EUROPEAN SCHEDULE OF OCCUPATIONAL DISEASES The diseases mentioned in this schedule must be linked directly to the occupation. The Commission will determine the criteria for recognizing each of the occupational diseases listed hereunder:

THE SITUATION IN THE MEMBER STATES This Annex was adopted in 1989 and is for guidance only, as the situation is in constant development It will be updated when the Commission presents its report on the impact of the present recommendation in accordance with item 4 of the explanatory memorandum.
