ABSTRACT
Sally was born perfectly healthy, but was tragically involved in a road traffic accident near her house at the age of six. She sustained internal injuries, resulting in the removal of her spleen, and brain damage resulting in epilepsy. She was the second of a family of four, up to that time living a normal existence.
