ABSTRACT

For many reasons, not least the fact that certain problems relating to these case histories may still be sub judice or ongoing, the instances quoted here are anonymous but genuine examples of lack of forethought, lack of money, poor specification, poor contracting or a combination of every conceivable ‘don’t’ in this publication. They are offered as the results of situations the readers may well find themselves in. Do not make the mistake of believing that such blatant errors must happen very infrequently.
