ABSTRACT
This conclusion presents some closing thoughts on the concepts covered in the book. The book consider the scenarios and possibilities in terms of countryside management in a global context of increasing human populations. Private sector provide aspects of countryside experiences to an exclusive clientele with a high-end socio-economic profile. One can demonstrate major economic and employment impacts of countryside management services and projects, just as have been shown for the American National Parks Service. The nature and scope of countryside management has changed dramatically during the last thirty years or more with dramatic growth and equally spectacular collapse of local government and agency services. Preparation of the plan and subsequent implementation, monitoring, and review, are basic skills of the countryside management professional. The retail outlets and catering facilities are sub-contracted or leased to private business, and around Carsington Water there has grown a thriving network of hotels, etc.
