ABSTRACT

In this chapter we will talk a bit more about how to use this book, deepening the section of Chapter 1 that focused on this issue. How can you get the most out of the book, both when you work with it individually and when you work with it as a group? We will also explore how you can make use of the activities as a teacher, coach, or trainer (in sum, as a facilitator) when you are working with people: for example, in a teaching or coaching project, a mentoring project, or in supporting someone’s professional development, etc. We will give suggestions on how you can choose between the many activities in this book, how you can work with the different steps in each activity, how you can make use of the cards and other materials, and how you can support the interaction and learning during group discussions and in practice. We will also discuss how you can link activities to work and educational experiences in order to have the biggest possible impact.
