ABSTRACT

Chapter 10 presents the conclusion and the issues arising out of the cases analysed. The analysis that is undertaken suggests some key external and internal factors on corporate performance. The chapter reveals that all successful companies had similar patterns of internal factors whereas unproductive companies did not have an adequate pattern of internal factors. A comparison of the Russian companies with their international counterparts gives additional information for analysis of corporate performance.
