Tillie Olsen's Riddle Almost unique in her generation, from her background, Tillie Olsen
has made the connection with the new generation without a special attempt to revive her "lost" work. Yonnondio might have been republished just on the strength of the interest in Olsen's stories, collected in Tell Me a Riddle, even without the renewed interest in women writers of the thirties, largely sponsored by the Feminist Press (with which Olsen has had some relationship).
