ABSTRACT

Steve Bialostok provides the reader with a glimpse of the range of emotions he experienced as the parent of a child with Asperger’s syndrome. Bialostok invites the reader into his home, to accompany him at school meetings, and most importantly, he gives the reader permission to hear his deeply private thoughts as he struggled with disappointment, anger, guilt, frustration, loneliness, and his own depression over the challenges of parenting Ethan.
