ABSTRACT
The $64,000 question for all clinical supervisors is how to decide what method or technique to use with this particular supervisee at this particular time, with this particular client, in this particular situation to accomplish the dual goals of promoting the growth of the supervisee while providing quality care. With so many models of psychotherapy and so many available methods and techniques, how does the supervisor decide what to do? Just as with counseling and psychotherapy, there is no easy answer.
