Anyone who sets himself [or herselll up unilaterally to solve a problem affecting another person. deprives that other individual of his [or her] basic responsibility to contribute to its solution and creates the climate for later rebellion and dissatisfaction. Since the other party doesn't share in contributing towards solving the problem in any way. he [or she] may in no way feel responsible or obligated to cooperate.
