ABSTRACT
For some people verbalizing positive feedback is very difficult. Another way to offer this feedback is through the use of written feedback. The use of written feedback cards makes it easier to begin the process of positive feedback and also involves all three major learning modalities—visual, auditory, and kinesthetic.
