ABSTRACT
Without a clear vision of what one wants in life with regard to self-esteem, one has difficulty in achieving self improvement goals. It is much like being blindfolded and trying to throw a dart at a target. Difficulty in accomplishing the goal is too mildly stated. Unachieveable is more appropriate if one cannot see the target (the goal). The more clearly defined a goal is, the more likely it is to be accomplished.
