1. Getting Things in Order

I have a friend who, when she's sick and has to stay home in bed, will spend hours tidying up the bedroom so that she can relax enough to stay there. She just can't bear to be in the middle of a muddle when she's feeling lousy. The fact that the bedroom looks perfectly okay to anyone else is beside the point-she sees every book out of place on the shelves, every garment hung up sloppily, every dust ball in every corner.
