You’re probably on the tenth draft of your schedule and budget, and you lost count of how many script revisions you’ve done. Now that you’re working with other people and are generating material for them, you have to stay on top of communications, paperwork, and money. In this chapter we’ll look at some (hopefully) easy techniques for staying organized that will carry you throughout the shoot.
