ABSTRACT
I am a shamanic apprentice. I have been studying shamanic spiritual practices for ten years, working with Toni Delgado (2002, 2007). She was a Reiki practitioner who branched into the application of principles of quantum dynamics in other areas of life, becoming a practitioner there too. She worked with me monthly, teaching me energetic breathing, past life regression, nine chakras (the eighth from Castaneda, and the ninth up above the body), and quite a few quantum energetics practices. I became certified in Reiki I and II. With her guidance I went to several quantum energetics workshops facilitated by Richard Bartlett (2007, 2009). He combines energetic healing with quantum metaphysics. I learned about twenty practices that I combined with the energetic breath work I had learned from Toni.
