ABSTRACT
The cinema organisations and the groups in the Union of Art Workers must: a) recruit young people into directing work by widening the circle of assistants and assistant directors, using technical school students for this; b) ensure the secondment of an adequate cadre of directors and scriptwriters specialising in the field of cultural films and
films for the countryside and for children. 4. The People's Commissariats of Workers' and Peasants' Inspection of the USSR and the Union Republics must, when checking the personnel of Soviet institutions, make provision for the need to examine the staffing of cinema organisations as well.
