ABSTRACT

Imagine an ideal situation where you have found a perfect group of people to work with. Each member of your group has had unique experiences and possesses unique skills that make your group more powerful and effective than you would be separately in terms of your common aims and goals. You value each others’ expertise and feel appreciated by other group members. You have never been as creative and productive as you are now, as a part of this special group. It seems that together you bring out the best in each other and the others make you achieve things you could not have done alone. Best of all, you really enjoy working with these people and the feeling is mutual.
