ARREST OF THE SHIP IN RESPECT OF WHICH THE CLAIM IS ASSERTED

The owners of the ship’s appurtenances, which were not included in the sale of the ship, are entitled, after the decision on adjudication of the ship becomes final, to take such appurtenances off the ship at their own risk and expense.
