ABSTRACT
INTRODUCTION Chapter 5 of this book summarized The Audit Adventure™, which is aligned to the steps of ISO 19011. Having journeyed through the Initiate stage in Chapter 3, the Prepare stage in Chapter 6 and the Conduct stage in Chapter 7, now is the time to Conclude the audit (this chapter) and Report – write the audit report and follow up (Chapter 10). Our Audit Adventure™ now enters the final 20 per cent of its project timing plan.
