ABSTRACT

Georgia is a country of old legislative traditions. Justice is an indispensable part of the spiritual culture of the people of Georgia. It is a characteristic feature of a Georgian man, which is well reflected in many proverbs and sayings: ‘A hand fairly cut from me won’t hurt me’ or ‘Strike me, if I deserve’, etc. The law of Georgia has been developing for centuries, becoming more and more elaborated thanks to the nature, character, culture, history, customs and ancient traditions of Georgia.
