ABSTRACT
In previous chapters we have seen the evils produced in education by the institution of private property and its connection with the patriarchal family. We have now to consider whether, under communism, other equally grave evils are to be expected, or whether, on the contrary, public education could be better under communism than it ever could be under capitalism.
