the Equal Pay Act (EPA) 1970;

the Equal Pay Act 1970 (Amendment) Regulations 2003;

the Employment Act 2002 (Dispute Resolution) Regulations 2004;

Article 141 of the European Community (EC) Treaty;

Directive 75/117 (the Equal Pay Directive).
