ABSTRACT
Getting presentation right I have a confession to make. My handwriting is terrible. I remember once when I
was aged ten my teacher put a big red line through a story I’d written and told me
to ‘Do it again!’ That nearly put me off writing for life. He also said once that my
handwriting looked as though a spider had run through a puddle of ink and then
scurried across my page. I thought that was quite funny, though of course I didn’t
dare laugh out loud.
