ABSTRACT
In the last chapter we discussed a number of key areas in the application of management and leadership theory to social work and suggested ways in which the approaches that fall into our reflective-pluralist classification can offer perspectives on key tasks and issues from which to consider management and leadership anew. In this final chapter we want to consider the way ahead for managers and leaders who wish to apply these approaches and what they say about an ethics for social work management and leadership.
