ABSTRACT
Interpersonal communication is the process of transacting meaning between individuals. It is a major component of organizational behavior at every level (Maes, Weldly, & Icenogle, 1997). Interpersonal communication is fundamental to obtaining employment, succeeding on the job, and being an effective colleague, subordinate, or manager.
