ABSTRACT

Compiling a multiagency portfolio of evidence The aim of the portfolio of evidence The portfolio of evidence is an essential stage in the multi-agency self-evaluation process. The aim in compiling the portfolio is to gather together a range of high-quality information and telling evidence in one or two volumes on all the aspects of multi-agency working. The portfolio enables the education setting or service to showcase their achievements and experiences in multi-agency working. The portfolio of evidence is a living document which illustrates the journey taken in working towards meeting each of the nine multi-agency working aspects. Compiling the portfolio of evidence helps to inform a range of stakeholders, such as the School Improvement Partner (SIP), the Ofsted inspector, the LA and the external assessor about the activities and actions undertaken, in order to further develop and improve collaborative, integrated multi-agency working within an education setting.
