ABSTRACT
'Intelligence' is an integral part of political decision-making in any government, and the reference here is to all political decisions, not just those pertaining to a peace process, and to the Government of any country that has foreign relations and security problems, not just Israel. Nevertheless, this article refers specifically and emphatically to the peace process embarked upon by the State of Israel.
