ABSTRACT
What, if any, are the connections between gender and technology? What can feminism(s) tell us about these connections? Is technology gender neutral, or is it productive of particular representational politics? What are the effects of bringing together technology, militarism, and masculinity? What does this mean for practices of international politics? Through the fi gure of the cyborg soldier, the chapter explores these questions.
