ABSTRACT

The value of facilitating a quality drama, movement and music program in the early childhood years is widely affirmed in both the Australian and international literature (see, for example, Birlenshaw-Fleming, 1997; Chenfeld, 1995; Feierabend, 1996; Forrai, 1997; Jalongo & Stamp, 1997; Larkin & Suthers, 1995, 1997; Schiller & Veale, 1989; Suthers & Larkin, 1996; Taunton & Colbert, 1984; Wright, 1991).
