Concentration of Capital in the Process of Voucher Privatization in Lithuania

The process of privatization was considered in Lithuania as the main sphere of the economic reforms. All political parties and social groups in Lithuania supported this approach. The major dispute concerned issues relating to the method (or methods) of privatization, i.e., whether to implement a commercial or distributional privatization model.
